Service Policy
Appointments:
Each service provided by our team at Azure SSM is a personalized, one-on-one experience. Rooms and treatment providers are reserved specially for you; a “no-show” or last-minute cancellation leaves our team with empty appointment times. Appointments not confirmed within 48 hours may be considered cancelled.
Failure to attend your appointment or cancel with less than the mentioned time frames will result in 100% of the appointment price being charged.
Individual appointments: 48 hours' notice
Group appointments: 72 hours' notice
Bridal/Private parties: 7 days' notice
Upon scheduling appointments either a credit card is required to be left on file or 50% non-refundable deposit.
Hours:
Our business days are Tuesday – Saturday. Cancellations after hours or over the weekends on our voicemail, text or social media will be deemed to have been received on the next business day.
Promotion & Price Changes:
Our team members, including reception and service staff, are not notified of upcoming promotions or sales in advance. They learn about discounts and promotions at the same time as our customers, once they are publicly announced.
For this reason, our staff are unable to provide advance notice of any future price changes, promotions, or sales events. All pricing and promotional information is shared with customers as soon as it becomes officially available.
Returns:
We reserve the right to issue a store credit where applicable. Store credits:
- Will not expire and can be used in-store.
- Require 24 hours to activate before they can be redeemed.
This policy helps us maintain fairness and prevent duplicate use of promotions or credits.
Gift Cards, Packages & Prepaid Services:
Packages cannot be split to accommodate two separate individuals, nor can they be broken up into multiple appointments. Packages must be used within one year of purchase date, as they will expire thereafter.
Prepaid services or bundles may not be shared.
Gift certificates are non-refundable. Gift certificate treatments will be scheduled, and the gift card number is taken as the deposit.
Gratuities & Pricing:
Please note gratuities have not been included for any of our services. All pricing and treatments are subject to change at any time. Should there be a discrepancy with print media, the website will be referred to for pricing.
Zero Tolerance:
Our staff have the right to be treated with dignity and respect at all times without the risk of foul language, threatening language or violent behaviour; in-person or on the phone. This behaviour will not be tolerated towards staff, and may result in offenders being asked to leave, and could be removed from our guest list.
